The coin toss for the 2020 Colours Boat Races took place at the Civic Offices on Saturday February 29th, overseen by Irish rowing legend Seán Drea and Dublin Lord Mayor Tom Brabazon.
The coin toss for the women’s races took place first. UCD won the toss, and Captain Áine Mc Creesh called for the North Station.
Trinity won the coin toss for the men’s events, and Captain Seán Canning called for the North Station.
UCD will race on the North Station for the Sally Moorhead Cup and the Corcoran Cup.
Trinity will race on the North Station for the Dan Quinn Shield and the Gannon Cup.
All four races take place on Saturday March 14th.
